The Philippines Aid Fund is a volunteer organization of self-supported individuals composed of many people in Central Luzon in the Philippines, and a smaller group of people in the United States with family ties to the Philippines who call themselves Friends of The Philippines Aid Fund.

The relief and restoration efforts are being coordinated by Charter President Lucia Reyes Gutierrez of the Rotary Club of Central Pampanga (RCCP). Leading the undertakings is her club, RCCP. The organization's efforts are supported by other entities which are also in the business of helping such as: the Armed Forces of the Philippines (specifically the Philippine Army); Quota International of Pampanga and other Quota Clubs of District 41; DSWD Region 3; local government units of the Province of Pampanga with social workers as their focal persons; Philippine National Police; several socio-civic minded private individuals.

100% of funds given to Philippine Aid Fund go to the ongoing relief and restoration efforts, and in support to the local and national governments which are immediately responding to the victims, with priority to the families who are rendered homeless and in desperate need.

We are not a large organization; we are composed of highly committed and dedicated volunteers spending their time, efforts and personal financial resources. Therefore, overhead expenses for the whole mammoth operation are minimal and are paid for by the volunteers.
